Opelika Police, Opelika Fire Department, and medics are on the scene of a confirmed accident with injuries. Preliminary reports suggest one driver was having a medical episode after the accident. A wrecker was also dispatched to the scene for at least one of the vehicles. No other details have been confirmed.
