A fatal vehicle crash in Eufaula has left one person dead.

The Eufaula Communications Division received several 911 calls referencing a vehicle crash on South Randolph Avenue at 18:23 hours on Saturday, March 18, 2023.

Police Patrol units and Eufaula Fire Rescue responded and located a vehicle off the roadway near the Cypress Cove intersection.

The single occupant, Marlon Hicks, 33, of Eufaula was pronounced deceased on scene by Barbour County Coroner Chip Chapman.

The crash is under investigation by the Eufaula Police Department’s Traffic Homicide Division.
