Muscogee County Sheriff’s Office say they are continuing to work to remove dangerous predators and safeguard children after making an arrest in connection to child pornography charges.

“By working in conjunction with the GBI, the MCSO recently received information regarding a possible child predator in our area,” the sheriff’s office said.

The MCSO Sex Offender Task Force, and the MCSO Drug, Gang, and Fugitive Unit, along with the GBI, executed a search warrant at 10001 Chattsworth Road on May 1, 2023. Phillip Goldman was arrested and charged with ten counts of Possession of Child Pornography.

Goldman was transported to the Muscogee County Jail without incident. This case is still pending investigation.
