A heavy police presence is underway at a Columbus gas station and a nearby intersection Saturday afternoon after a shooting.

Columbus police say they are investigating the shooting at the intersection of Shelby and Douglas streets. Sources say the shooting victim was located in a vehicle at a gas station in the 2000 block of Fort Benning Road.
