Authorities are on the scene of a motor vehicle collision Friday afternoon causing major traffic delays.

The collision was reported on the JR Allen Parkway bridge at the Alabama-Georgia border heading into Phenix City. Injuries have been reported. Authorities are asking drivers to avoid the area til further notice.
