Smiths Station Fire and Rescue, Lee County Sheriff’s Office, East Alabama Medical Center EMS, and Alabama Law Enforcement Agency are on the scene of a motor vehicle collision with a school bus.

The collision occurred in the 1300 block of Lee Road 212 near Lee Road 510. The collision occurred after a white pickup truck rear ended a Lee County School District school bus.

Smiths Station Fire and Rescue Chief Blake Green has confirmed occupants in both vehicles are complaining of minor injuries. At least one lane of Lee Road 212 has been blocked until further notice.
