PCPD searching for missing man last seen on January 8th

The Phenix City Police Department Criminal Investigations Division is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing person.

The missing person, identified as 31-year-old Dakota Hiers, of Ladonia, was last seen on January 8, 2025 by his mother at his residence in Ladonia.

“He was possibly seen in the area of South Railroad and 16th St. later that day,” police said.

Hiers was wearing a green and red Christmas type hoodie, pajama type pants, and work boots. Hiers stands at 5’10” and weighs 170 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair.
