A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for multiple counties in the CNAW2News.com viewing area.

The National Weather Service in Peachtree City issued the advisory for Muscogee County, Chattahoochee County, Harris County, Meriwether County, an Talbot County in Georgia from 3 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sunday, January 18, 2026.

We expect very little impacts around this area, with the National Weather Service stating snow accumulations across central and west Georgia could see 0.25 inches to 0.5 inches, with isolated areas measuring up to one inch.

Drivers are asked to use caution while driving as roads could become slippery as remaining rain and snow could freeze.
