A small fire has been reported in a Phenix City neighborhood.

The fire happened in the 3400 block of Carrington Place, off of Lakewood Drive. CNAW2News.com began receiving word of the fire around 3:10 p.m. eastern time.

At least two fire engines, a ladder truck, a rescue truck, and a battalion chief vehicle are on scene, along with Phenix City Police Department.

The fire reportedly involved the fence of a home — thankfully, no structures were involved. Firefighters have extinguished the blaze. No injuries were reported.
