LifeFlight responds to call overnight involving incident near Jordan Hare Stadium in Auburn

An incident is under investigation by law enforcement and one patient was flown to a nearby hospital.

The incident was reported around 12:50 a.m. central time on Saturday, Feb. 7, 2026, on Heisman Drive at South Donahue Drive. The incident, according to radio traffic, involved a person falling from the stadium onto the ground.

FlightAware database and radio traffic confirms Haynes LifeFlight responded to the scene, landing at the nearby East Alabama Health Freestanding Emergency Department, and transporting the patient to Piedmont Columbus Regional.

CNAW2News.com reached out to Auburn University’s Campus Safety and Security, along with the university’s Office of Communication and Marketing, for a statement. We were directed to the Auburn Police Department.

Auburn police have not yet responded back, as of 11:20 a.m. Saturday.
