Fire crews have extinguished a brush fire Sunday afternoon.
The fire is taking place in the 700 block of Lee Road 120 in the Beauregard community of Lee County on Sunday, Feb. 8, 2026.
The fire involved a small yard in the area. Beauregard Volunteer Fire Department and Lee County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene.
According to officials, no buildings caught on fire and no injuries were reported.
This is one of at least multiple fires in Lee and Russell counties today — earlier today, Russell County agencies responded to a fire on Padgetts Road, and Smiths Station Fire Protection District are currently working a fire on Lee Road 434.
