Fatality reported in accident on AL-165 at Patterson Road in Russell County
A two-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 8:22 p.m. Saturday, June 25, has resulted in a road closure of both the northbound and southbound lanes of AL 165 near Patterson Road for an undetermined amount of time.
At least one person was pronounced deceased.
Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division are asking everyone to avoid this area and, if possible, seek an alternate route.
