Standoff underway in Auburn neighborhood
UPDATE: The incident has been resolved. All clear, according to Lee County EMA. The subject is in custody.
Law enforcement agencies in Lee County are on the scene of a reported standoff in an Auburn neighborhood.
The police presence is taking place at a residence in the area of Windway Road and Ogletree Road.
Ogletree Elementary School has resumed normal operations after being secured for at least two hours.
Auburn police ask that you please continue to avoid the area if possible. Details regarding the standoff are unknown at this time.
