Traffic accident blocks northbound lanes of Interstate 85 in Auburn
UPDATE: All lanes are now open on 1-85 N near mile marker 54, as well as the exit 51 entrance ramp

Original story: Auburn Public Safety is responding to a traffic accident Sunday evening.
The accident occurred on I-85 northbound near mile marker 54, near Moore’s Mill Road overpass. Both northbound lanes are currently closed and traffic is being diverted at exit 51.
Please avoid the area if possible and use caution.
