Missing Columbus teen found dead in Moon Road pond
A death investigation is underway after a missing Columbus teen was pulled from the waters of a Moon Road pond.
Seventeen days ago. 18 year old Isaiah Henry was reported missing by his mother on November 22, 2022. Henry was pronounced deceased at 9:55 A.M., today, December 9, 2022, more than two weeks later since the missing report was filed, a pond in the 7200 block of Moon Road, near Calvary Christian School.
Muscogee County Coroner Buddy Bryan, who is working the case, said the death is an accidental drowning, due to no sign of foul play or trauma. The mother of Henry was notified and Henry will be sent to the Georgia Bureau of Investigations Crime Lab in Decatur for an autopsy.
