Russell County fire officials work structure fire on Old Crawford Hwy.
Firefighters in Russell County, and some from Lee County, worked a late Monday (December 26, 2022) night into early Tuesday (December 27, 2022) morning structure fire.
The fire occurred on Old Crawford Highway near Cardinal Drive. Smiths Station Fire Protection District was also dispatched to the scene for mutual aid assistance.
It is unknown what sparked the fire. It is unclear if anyone was injured. This is a developing story.
