Body found in wooded area on Lee County Road 140
A body has been found in a wooded area on in Lee County.
Lee County Sheriff Jay Jones confirms they received a report of a body being found in a wooded in an area near a residence off Lee Road 140. The 911 dispatch center received the call around 4:26 PM central time.
“Our investigators are on the scene and gathering information,” Lee County Sheriff Jay Jones said.
