“While responding units were en route, they were advised that it was a confirmed barn fire and was reported to be fully engulfed,” the volunteer fire department said.
Shortly after, firefighters arrived on scene to find a large barn fully engulfed in fire.
Firefighters were able to bring the fire under control in approximately 30 minutes.
The department responded with four apparatus, six personnel, and were on scene for two hours. Southwest Fire Department and Lee County Sheriffs Office also responded to the scene.
Jubilee Farm stated on Facebook: “Tough night at Jubilee Farm and we need your prayers. Our barn burnt down last night and while you can replace the building it is tough losing some of the animals.”
