Smiths Station man killed in Saturday night ATV crash in Salem
A Smiths Station man has died after a Saturday night crash involving an ATV in Salem.
Lee County deputies and investigators, Alabama State Troopers, EAMC ETS medics, and Salem volunteer firefighters responded to the 4700 block of Lee Road 198.
One person, identified as 20-year-old Nikolas Milner of Smiths Station, was pronounced deceased on scene at 10:24 P.M. central standard time, Lee County Coroner Daniel Sexton told CNAW2NEWS.
Milner is being transported to Montgomery for a post mortem examination. Milner’s family has been notified.
Lee County Sheriff Jay Jones said troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency are investigating. Troopers have not yet released any information.
