Columbus woman found dead in vacant parking lot identified by coroner
Columbus police are investigating the death of a female Saturday afternoon.
The death occurred in the vacant parking lot near 3465 Victory Drive in south Columbus.
Muscogee County Coroner Buddy Bryan identified the deceased female as 45-year-old Kizzy Adams. Adams was found deceased in the vacant lot.
Bryan says Adams had verified health problems, but investigators with the Columbus Police Department’s Violent Crimes Unit are investigating the death.
Adams’ next of kin has been notified.
