CPD on scene in Oakland Park, possibly investigating explosive device
A large Columbus Police presence is underway in a south Columbus neighborhood.
The presence is taking place on Rice Street in the Oakland Park neighborhood.
CNAW2News photographer has spotted multiple residents attempting to get to their house or attempting to check out the situation. Bomb Squad officials with Fort Benning are on the scene.
While this has not been officially confirmed, we are told this scene involves a possible explosive device.
