Suspect wanted in Columbus apartment murder; was victim in shooting on Buena Vista Rd.
A Columbus man is wanted after a deadly apartment complex shooting. The man had been a victim of a shooting hours before.
Columbus police say Donald Fair, 32, is wanted in the murder of Demetrius Wilkerson, 30, which occurred around 3:30 A.M. on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at Azalea Ridge Apartments on Boxwood Boulevard.

Fair was the alleged victim in a shooting that occurred hours before on Buena Vista Road. Fair made a comment on CNAW2News’ post about the Buena Vista Road shooting with an image of his vehicle damaged by gunfire.
Police say Fair is wanted for murder, two counts of aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
Police have not made any comment on social media in regards to Fair being a victim on the Buena Vista Road shooting.
