Death investigation underway in Bullock County
A death investigation is underway in Bullock County.
Alabama Law Enforcement Agency has confirmed the investigation began after an incident occurred in the 3000 block of Alabama Highway 51 in Midway, located within Bullock County, on Saturday, December 20, 2025.
The incident left James O. Tolbert, 69, deceased at the scene.
The investigation is underway by special agents with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s State Bureau of Investigation.
