UPDATE: Woman arrested in Harris County murder found not guilty
A Harris County woman charged in a murder investigation has been found not guilty.
Kristina Hodge was arrested back in June of 2025 following the shooting death of Daniel McCourt on Green Ridge Road.
Hodge was arrested and charged with felony murder, malice murder, aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.

Hodge was represented by the Law Office of J Mark Shelnutt and William Kendrick.
Hodge was found not guilty on all charges earlier this week and is now home.
