Interstate 85 SHUT DOWN in Lanett
Authorities are on the scene of a major crash which has shut down the interstate in Lanett.
The crash occurred around 3:43 p.m. eastern time on Monday, April 6, 2026. Interstate 85 is closed at Exit 77 (S Phillips Road) following a crash involving a truck and an 18-wheeler.
Valley police along with fire and EMS services are on the scene. A truck appears to be heavily damaged.
