A suspect has turned himself in following a violent assault that left a 67-year-old man seriously injured in LaGrange.
According to the LaGrange Police Department, officers responded to a call around 8:15 p.m. on March 29, 2026, at a home in the 100 block of Turner Street in reference to a person injured during a fight.
When officers arrived, they found 67-year-old L.B. Hubbard suffering from severe head and facial injuries. Authorities say Hubbard was airlifted to a Columbus-area hospital for treatment and was unable to provide a statement at the time.

The suspect was described as a Black male in his late 30s to early 40s, wearing a white shirt and gray sweatpants, with dreadlocks. He was last seen walking toward the 150 block of Turner Street.
