Man dies in early Sunday morning crash in Lee County
An Alabama man has died following an early Sunday morning crash in western Lee County.
The crash occurred around 12:14 a.m. on Sunday, May 10, 2026, near the intersection of Lee Road 95 and Gregory Glen Road.
Alabama Law Enforcement Agency says Aidan T. Doss, 21, of Kimberly, was fatally injured when the 2009 Chevrolet Silverado pickup he was driving left the roadway and struck a tree. Doss was not using a seat belt at the time of the crash and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.
