Heavy law enforcement presence on MLK Jr. Boulevard in Columbus; crime scene established
A heavy law enforcement presence from Muscogee County Sheriff’s Office are located at Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard near Coolidge Avenue in Columbus due to a death investigation
A crime scene has been established due to the death investigation. Muscogee County Coroner’s Office is also on the scene.
Investigators appear to be looking in a wooded area across from a home on the road. We have sent a media inquiry regarding this to Sheriff Greg Countryman, and at this time we have not gotten a reply back.
