Phenix City man killed in ATV crash Thursday afternoon in Russell County
A Phenix City man has been killed after an ATV crash in Russell County Thursday afternoon.
The crash involving an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) occurred at approximately 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 9, on Stillwell Road in Russell County.
19-year-old Dalton C. Osborne was fatally injured when the 2017 Can Am Maverick ATV, he was operating left the roadway struck a ditch and overturned. Osborne was not using a seat belt at the time of the crash and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.
