Two crashes with law enforcement vehicle damaged on U.S. 280 in Phenix City
Phenix City officials are on the scene of two crashes on U.S. Highway 280 near the Lakewood Drive overpass.
CNAW2News.com has been told a a dump truck ran off the roadway damaged a guardrail. As officials and bystanders were working the first crash scene, an 18-wheeler struck a Phenix City Police Department cruiser and another vehicle.
No injuries have been reported in either crash. We have a CNAW2News.com photographer en route to the scene. This remains a developing story.
