Georgia State Patrol investigating double fatality crash on Highway 190 in Harris County
Authorities have released new information in a double fatality crash that occurred Wednesday afternoon.
The crash occurred on Highway 190 near Hines Gap Road around 12:25 P.M. on Wednesday, December 20, 2023.
Harris County Coroner Joe Weldon says sisters, 16-year-old Kira Dean and 18-year-old Krysta Dean, were pronounced deceased on the scene. Both are from Manchester, Georgia.
A third occupant in the crash was injured and transported to a nearby hospital for further medical treatment. All three were in a four door sedan when the crash occurred.
Georgia State Patrol is investigating the crash.
