I-185 south shut down in Columbus after crash
Columbus officials are on the scene of a serious vehicle collision Monday night.
The crash, according to Georgia DOT, occurred on Interstate 185 at Mile Post 7 (Warm Springs Road). All southbound lanes have been shut down for an estimated 1-2 hours.
Columbus police says their Motor Squad is on the scene and one person has died. Drivers are asked to avoid the area. This remains a developing story.
