11-month-old passes away after being struck by vehicle in Fort Mitchell neighborhood
A heartbreaking accident investigation is developing Monday after a young child passed away in the Fort Mitchell community of Russell County.
The incident occurred on Summer Shade Court near Lake Vista Court in Russell County.
Russell County Coroner Arthur Sumbry Jr. says he pronounced an 11-month-old baby at 11:38 A.M. on Monday, February 19, 2024, after an accident involving the baby being struck by a vehicle. The child would’ve turned one years old on February 23rd.
