Shooting investigation on Truitt Avenue in LaGrange
LaGrange police are investigating a shooting which occurred on March 16, 2024 at approximately 11:43 P.M.
Officers responded to 1009 Truitt Avenue, in regards to a person shot. Officers located a female victim who was then rendered aid and transported to the ER at West Georgia Medical Center for further treatment. “The victim told investigators she had arrived at the location in her vehicle, and was accompanied by her child’s father and two year old son,” police said. “As they parked in the driveway, her vehicle was suddenly struck with a volley gunfire, resulting in her being hit only one time.” None of the other occupants were injured.
