Person struck by lightning at Lee County Flea Market
A lightning strike injury has been reported in Smiths Station.
Lee County Sheriff’s Office and Smiths Station Fire and Rescue responded to a report of a person being struck by lightning at the Lee County Flea Market.
Two bystanders on scene told CNAW2News.com it appeared lifesaving measures were being done by officials. Smiths Station Fire Chief Blake Green confirmed Medic 1 transported one patient from the scene to a nearby hospital for a lightning strike.
