Deadly motorcycle crash on Victory Drive at Munson Drive in Columbus
UPDATE (07/25/2024 at 7:50 P.M.): Muscogee County Coroner Buddy Bryan has confirmed a man has died after a motorcycle versus car crash on Victory Drive. His name is being withheld pending next of kin notification. The man was pronounced dead at 5:45 P.M.
Original story: Columbus Police and Fire/EMS are on the scene of a deadly motor vehicle collision in the south end of the city.
The collision occurred on Victory Drive at Munson Drive in the 4000 block.
One person is deceased on the scene. Muscogee County Coroner’s Office officials are on the scene, along with the police department’s Motor Squad unit.
Drivers are asked to avoid the area til further notice.
