Pedestrian passes away after being struck by vehicle Wednesday morning
A Columbus man has died after being struck by a motor vehicle Wednesday night.
The collision occurred on Veterans Parkway between 13th Street and 14th Street around 5:30 A.M. on Wednesday, February 12, 2025.
The pedestrian was transported to Piedmont Columbus Regional and received surgery. Muscogee County Coroner Buddy Bryan confirmed the pedestrian, 76-year-old Robert Kelly, was pronounced deceased at 8:04 P.M.
