Newnan Police place two golden eggs around downtown area for kids; One egg already found
Newnan Police Department is already getting ready for Easter with a little egg hunt in the downtown area of the city.
The department posted on Facebook that they hid two “golden” eggs in the downtown area and once you open the egg, the person who found the egg will be instructed on how to get their prize. The egg hunt was for children 12 and under.
The department even gave a major clue: “I’m really tall and leafy, and your treat is underneath me.” That clue has helped one child so far who won a large easter basket.
The department wishes everyone, “Good luck and have fun!!!!”
