Officer injured, suspect in custody after traffic stop on Blan Street in Columbus
A Columbus police officer has been taken to a nearby hospital after a traffic stop on Blan Street turned violent.
The suspect, who was belligerent with police, has been taken into custody on the scene. Dozens of officers responded to the scene, along with detectives and an ambulance.
An investigation is underway.
