Major crash blocks all southbound lanes of I-85 near MM49 in Auburn
Auburn Public Safety is on the scene of a traffic accident on I-85 in the southbound lanes involving an 18-wheeler and a vehicle.
The crash blocked the lanes near mile marker 49. The Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT) has been notified and is responding. Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division are on scene investigating. Use caution and avoid the area if possible.
