A large police presence is currently located in Downtown Montgomery following a mass casualty incident.

The incident occurred in the area of Bibb Street at Commerce Street.

We are told multiple individuals have been shot. Montgomery Police, Montgomery Fire-Rescue. Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, and Alabama Law Enforcement Agency are on scene.

Police urge the public to avoid the area while they investigate the mass casualty incident.
