Muscogee County investigators have arrested a man following a child sexual abuse investigation.

The Muscogee County Sheriff’s Office Collaborative Intelligence Group executed a search warrant in Muscogee County on Tuesday, April 14th, 2026.

As a result, investigators arrested Justin Venture-Aguilar and charged him with 5 counts of child exploitation.

The case remains under investigation, and additional charges are expected. Venture-Aguilar was arrested and transported to the Muscogee County Jail without incident.

“The MCSO takes our children’s safety very seriously,” Sheriff Greg Countryman said. “Crimes of this nature will not be tolerated. We want to remind all those involved in criminal activity in Muscogee County that we know who you are. We know where you are. It is only a matter of time.”
