Management at SkyBar Cafe says it is reviewing an early Sunday morning incident involving a fall inside the downtown venue.
In a statement released following the incident, SkyBar officials said a person fell from an upper-level area to a lower-level area. Emergency medical personnel and first responders were called immediately and arrived within minutes.
According to the statement, two individuals were involved and were transported to a local hospital for evaluation and care.
“Based on our current understanding, neither individual appears to have sustained life-threatening injuries, and we understand they are expected to recover,” the statement read.
SkyBar officials also addressed what they described as misinformation circulating online, urging the public to avoid sharing unverified details.
“Out of respect for the privacy of those involved, we will not be commenting further on their medical conditions, personal details, or the circumstances of the incident at this time,” the statement said.
The business confirmed it is cooperating with authorities while also conducting an internal review.
“The safety of our guests and staff remains our highest priority, and we appreciate the continued support of the Auburn community,” the statement concluded.
Authorities have not released additional details as of publication.
