A heavy police presence was spotted in the Waverly Terrace neighborhood of Columbus overnight.

Reports of the presence began coming in around 1 a.m. on Thursday, September 24, 2026.

The presence is located on Peabody Avenue between 29th Street and Rose Hill Street.

A crime scene has been established in the area.
