    Lee County law enforcement officials are working a death investigation on Wednesday afternoon on Lake Harding.

    The center of the investigation is at Po Boy’s landing on Lee County Road 334, Lee County Sheriff Jay Jones confirmed. Authorities responded to a 911 call of a vehicle going into the lake, which then led to them recovering the vehicle. Inside the vehicle was the body of an unidentified female.

    Lee County Coroner Daniel Sexton told CNAW2NEWS.com that he was aware of the situation and no other details are available.
