The altercation involved a woman and her teenage son, who were forcefully removed from their home by the woman’s boyfriend, Raheem Conley, following a domestic dispute.

During the incident, the woman managed to escape and alert authorities. However, her teenage son remained in Conley’s custody.

“Thanks to the swift response and coordination between Patrol Services and the Violent Crimes Unit, Conley was apprehended, and the teenage boy was safely reunited with his mother,” police said,

Raheem Conley has been charged with theft by taking motor vehicle, battery (family violence), kidnapping, kidnapping (family violence), terroristic threats (family violence), and cruelty to children in the first degree. He was also arrested on four warrants: felony aggravated assault, felony theft by taking, misdemeanor battery (family violence) and misdemeanor criminal trespassing.
