CPD seeking community’s help in locating missing man last seen near the Riverwalk

The Columbus Police Department Adult & Youth Services Unit are asking for assistance in locating a missing person last seen near the Riverwalk.
43-year-old Joshua James Curtis Nichols, who stands at 6’01”, weighs 245 pounds, has brown eyes and hair was last seen in the area of the Riverwalk near 14th Street in the downtown Columbus area on Friday, August 18, 2023 around 7:00 PM.
“He was last heard from on Saturday, August 19 around 3:00AM. His family is concerned for his safety,” police said.
Investigative efforts have not resulted in him being located yet, so police are now asking for the community’s assistance.
