Florida man, known for viral 2018 mugshot, jailed again

A Florida man, who went viral for his 2018 mugshot, has been arrested again.
Charles McDowell was booked in the Escambia County, Florida jail on charges of aggravated stalking and withhold support. He has no bond.
McDowell gained fame from the 2018 mugshot, as well as being titled as “Wide Neck”. McDowell pushed out multiple rap songs under the name “Wide Neck”.
