Stephen Conner vanished on Saturday, November 1, 2025, after leaving a convenience store on Fourth Avenue in Phenix City around 10 at night.
Conner, 39, is known to drive a 2022 white BMW SUV, bearing a veteran license plate, with the driver’s side taillight taped up.
“He wouldn’t have left his dogs without making sure they are taken care of; he never has,” his family told CNAW2News.
A police report has been filed with Phenix City law enforcement, and the search continues.
