    1 of 4

An investigation is underway after a child was struck  by a train Monday evening in a Columbus neighborhood, multiple sources tell CNAW2News.com.

The investigation is centered around the railroad tracks on Terminal Court. At least six police cruisers are on the scene.

Fire and EMS were seen at the scene but have since left.

We have sent a media request to the police department, but have not received any information as of 7:25 P.M. This remains a developing story.
